1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Constell Podcast ("Service"), including our website at https://podcast.constell.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Constell Podcast provides premium podcast content via subscription. Free episodes may be available without a subscription. Subscribers receive full access to all premium episodes, including streaming and download options.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Account and Registration
You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription, Payment, and Billing
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or every 3 months, depending on your plan). You will be charged on the date you subscribe and again on that same date each billing period.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged until you cancel. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
- Payment processor: Payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms. Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may apply based on your location.
- Price changes: We may change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal (link provided in your confirmation and receipt emails). Cancellation is free and takes effect immediately. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after you cancel. For more details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to podcast episodes, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Constell Podcast or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Subscribers may stream and download content for personal use only.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) share your account or subscription access with others; (c) attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures; (d) scrape, download in bulk, or redistribute content beyond personal use; (e) interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSTELL PODCAST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
