Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is free and takes effect immediately.
- How to cancel: Go to Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or use the link in your Paddle confirmation or receipt email to access the Paddle customer portal. From there you can cancel your subscription. You can also contact us at support@constell.online and we will assist you.
- After cancellation: You will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
- No partial refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the period you paid for ends.
2. Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and considerate.
- Eligible circumstances: We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical issues that prevented access, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Not eligible: Refunds are generally not granted for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or failure to cancel before renewal.
- How to request: Contact us at support@constell.onlinewith your account email and a brief description. We will respond within a few business days.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or every 3 months) until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged until you cancel. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. We will send you a receipt after each charge.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, we or Paddle may retry. If payment continues to fail, your access may be suspended. You remain responsible for any amounts owed. Update your payment method in the Paddle customer portal to avoid interruption.
